Anyone know technical...

Anyone know technical...analysis any good because there is a bullish pennant & if SGX falls under a certain level than i don't know if this is a bullish sign anymore???...with this stock though, and these markets, when the news comes we'll just have to wait for a good sign from the economy...Thanx in advance to anyone who can answer the tech. question...
