I have been crunching the numbers
I have been crunching the numbersfrom yesterdays release. One hole had "no recovery" and another came up dry (very low grades).
There is a new vein called the Marthita.
This is not quite as good as the Nov release. Although they had some very good holes, they also had some poor holes. My final guesstimate of the current resource is about 95,000,000 to 100,000,000oz. REMEMBER, I am not a geologist and I used some mathematical formulas based on the last 43-101.
We are consistently hitting commercial grade silver and the veins are consistently wide, much wider than Abundancia and that is the key. The width! Abundancia was averaging 3 meters and the Martha is averaging 8 meters.
And as Ben continues to better understand, the geology, we can bet on finding better grades.
They have not started drilling the area West of the discovery.
ALL 4 DRILLS are now turning, on the Martha.
If we reach 130,000,000 oz for the next 43-101 and value them at $4.50 an oz. divided by 100 m shares we get a value of $5.85 a share.
We are in the money!
Silver and gold are still the "investment of choice" in these turbulent times.
