Kerber...you and I agree 100%I don't know where the problem arises between us, because you and I think the same way. You said "so why is the SP stagnant? Because only retailers are investing in the stock.How many houses are following the stock, issuing recommendations and buying. Not many, if any. And therin lies the problem, there is no demand for the stock and it is managements job to create demand. " I agree 100%. You said "That is why I think PAT should be aggressivley looking to develop their own properties or at least do a JV with a junior with good prospects. Just sitting back and looking at RIC taking care of busisness is not what we are paying management for." I agree 100%. You said " I think it is possible that we will see $2.00 by July and longer term $4-$5 by this time next year." I agree 100%. If management had have done the job you said they needed to do, these numbers are there in spades. Why are you arguing with me?
