I bought PBG at 3.20$ and hold it until now. When it was going to 22 $ and then fall back to 11 I thought I was a stupid bagholder. Now we may have the same situation again. On the IV Board they talk about PMG water problems, there are delays with THAI and oil is going down. I think we will see 40$ as a bottom.
