RE: The Insiders report should be interestingThat just shows that on that day the market value of the shares was $1.40 and the specified person has x length of time to buy 150,000 shares at $1.40 a share. Gary bought some shares recently at 1.30. The market is the market now. Some shares trade below a certain price and someone sets the price up at the end of the day. We trade our shares higher then what we close at, someone tries to put up the price for example on Fri but the final price put us down .03
