RE: CQV is

RE: CQV isThanks Malpeque for capturing some of our thoughts in such a unique statement, and with so many other struggling stocks out there they may capitulate over the next few weeks without such a story. Even the blue chip stocks are struggling to maintain their share price, as the investment community pulls inwardly to shield itself from the downward spiral. We trust that CIVC will maintain a pretty good story line to maintain its present share price, as it reels from yet another chasm along its rocky road. With the possibility of success at Shoal Point, production royalty from Garden Hill, and through examination of seismic data and deeper drilling in Alberta, it may yet become the success story of 2008. $4 million can buy a lot of interest or work in some areas, and trust it works for the BOD of CIVC as it has just increased their available working capital and trust that it will be to reflected exponentially in the CQV share price. The CIVC coffers have just increased by $4 million without much expense or risk. Cash is cash, and that sounds good to me even though it is spread over 400 million o/s shares. The death spiral and supporters of CIVC that Sabers et al post about, may have just been plugged with something like a $5 million plug and might have been saved by the sacrifice of Garden Hill. IMO it is a huge slice of the pie for the beleaguered CIVC to relinquish, and hopefully now enough to jolt CIVC back to life. It may be enough for the SPE supporters to remain if CIVC has some much needed cash to help drill Shoal Point. With so many good deals out there in the stock market, raising cash at one time was possible and now it is nearly impossible unless they have a good long story. The Creditor Corp. is in line for I believe $1 million, perhaps this may show that the CIVC BOD remains intent on squaring up their bills even after this many years. It should keep them interested and rightfully so, as 20% of the cash ends up in their pockets during these difficult times. All the best of Luck to CQV investors. Regardzzz...................Barrhead
