RE: and moreI hope the buyers now are buying on news.  Only they would know how much interest is in Ifire.  As for Owen, he was the only BoD member that sold shares during the free fall from $7.65.  If he did this on insider knowledge that was not generally known to the public, I hope he can sleep at night. 

I do not think the regulators choose companies based on how significant they are, but on how likely it would be to get a conviction.  WED would have had BoD meetings and I am sure there are detailed minutes.  It would only take getting a hold of these documents and then seeing how much was known by whom and when.
