Why buy this over WNP?!?!

Why buy this over WNP?!?! If the Mongolian government does NOT screw over KRI and WNP (and that still remains a BIG 'if' in my mind), then both should do VERY well. That being the case, why not own KRI here over WNP?!?! WNP is now trading at LESS than cash!!!! Makes absolutely no sense to own KRI here over WNP imho...
