RE: What does the last line of this article mean?

RE: What does the last line of this article mean?"another group has been vacuuming up gold for the last 50 years, waiting for and creating just the situation that we have now.  We shall see"

This other group is suspected to be the Rothschilds, the Illuminati, the New World Order...whatever you want to call them.  "creating the situation" refers to a number of historical events, too many to name but some of the major ones would be taking the dollar off the gold standard in 1971, encouraging the growth of US empire and its military industrial complex to convert it into a debtor nation.   More recently, the lowering of the Fed funds rate to 1% and two major tax cuts (exponentially more debt) when the US would have been better off enduring a recession,  the encouraging of western central banks to sell gold in favour of paper and the big one: the creation of the 450 trillion derivatives market that at some point is guaranteed to destroy paper money.   Does this group exist? We won't know until and if someone emerges from a complete financial catastrophe with an overwhelming share of the only viable medium of exchange remaining - gold.   Some look at these seemingly suicidal actions of the past as simply human stupidity carried out with a lack of foresight. others will argue that a small group engineered these developments as part of a long term plan to consolidate power in the hands of a select few.   Personally, I'm on the fence but like the author says, "we shall see"
