Because, IMHO, he has a lot going on right now, and he has a lot more irons in the fire than VSI. He is not sitting at his computer obsessing about VSI like you are, Flex...:) Perhaps it's because he knows that there is good news coming up shortly, and it will go up very nicely on its own.
