Hey 62848If there is something you want to say to me, why dont you say it and back it up with facts and logic.
I have done my best to battle this boileroom, but definitely longs lost ground here with this general market correction.
So I do understand your pain 62848 but your pinning the blame in the wrong area. Those who were burried under margin I told them to short the one day, because the stock was going to fall anyways from them selling low and if they didnt sell, boileroom shorts would have marked the volume down anyways. To have them sell, would have still caused the stock to drop. By telling buried longs to short made them money on the fall, didnt give the shorts shares on that fall and allowed LONGS to buy back in and cover, still keeping their current position away from the bashers. I helped longs on the edge make some cash on the fall to 2.59 and it recovered quickly from there cause longs could cover and be still in the game. If we didnt have any longs able to buy CLL would have stuck in the $2.50 or below range, sinking an even larger percentage of LONGS
Still the market correction was long enough to hold LONGS down under water and force them to still have to bail. As it stands now, I'd say we still lost most of of our longs who held position in the stock. Or at least a significant position in the stock.
The world world markets continued to tank and CLL opened in the high 2's so I suggested longs just buy stock that day, it could have fallen further, but thankfully our buying power was enough to move us up. We moved back to $3.10 and started to hit resistance of which no longs had the power to break. So I suggested some who bought a spare in the high 2"s sell. By those longs having CASH, it helped keep CLL above $3, for they had a hammer to be able to buy if they tried to smack us down. Normally we have the strength to move back up, but when the market correction happened on a CLL low, longs were pretty much screwed.
Not great getting above $3 but better then $2.50. Its unfortunate that those who bought in the $4, $3.75 or even $3.50 lost money. For logically those prices are fairly good deals and I dont think people were expecting a $6 stock to head to $2.50's on production news.
It was the markets that have acted lunatic moving CLL to the $2.50's on production news. When we had cash and higher prices, I suggested perfect times for LONGS to bid the price up, but they didnt because they were too busy picking up basher pennies. I complained to the board and to longs that they were too cheap. I told LONGS that we needed to get CLL above $4 to put pressure on the shorts, but no one acted.
So with the market correction and a boat load of shorts, they won that major battle. Its a battle that likely has given that institutional boileroom the shares needed to further gain control of the stock.
Blame whoever you want 62848. The boileroom will become your friend and move the price up high once they have collected all they can from CLL LOngs.
