RE: The Canatuan Sulphide ProjectI think your take is mostly valid. However, when you speak of the metal prices in the 90's, you do not mention that they have had an operation going for the last few years with constantly rising commodity prices, they have also had a drilling company in a period where this is in demand. Results to date on these??????
You say they can't sell it. Well they are currently supposedly dealing with a partner who is Phillipine Based. NO????
So why not sell it to them, if they are interested to be a partner. I think the reason is simple, but I may be wrong. The partner sees the desperation, and has no motivation but to strike a deal far more favorable to them, than to TVI. I would want management, if the property warrants, to get competition going, and then sell it for stock and cash. You think this not a good idea, I think it is. So we shall see how they do. But what you say screams to me of exactly what I have talked about, an employment agency stuck to ego potentialy, not getting investors the best return. But we shall see, of course, how this unfolds. I would be more than happy to see these guys pull something off and the stock move up. What I think happens, hhowever, is they piss around, strike a mediocre deal, dilute or give away the majority of the assets, and end up with many more years of a dead stock performance. At this point, because conveniently the stock was not trading at tax loss selling time, many are still holding, as they see little advantage I believe in not now waiting. Do you think anyone could have planned that???? Of course not! But we are allowed still to have an opinion, right? It is truly a shaggy dog story, as I keep saying. By definition, long, drawn out, not clear, fuzzy etc. By the way, when is that investor relations/marketing program kicking in??? roflmao
