Preferred Shares???

Guys I'm new here and have just read some past posts, but don't see any mention of new share offering: Non-cumulative Class A First Preferred Shares @ $25. When I went on my trading acct, I saw a banner on my brokers site stating I could could maybe get my hands on these.

Seems to me an offering @$25, for preferred shares on a stock currently trading in the low $60's, is a good deal. Am I missing something? I'd appreciate hearing from some of the regulars on this board to know your thoughts on the offering and its implications. Thanks in advance.
