Partner vs. hostile takeover

Partner vs. hostile takeoverBeen a shareholder since they went public and rarely post, as I find the info on BBs more entertaining vs. insightful. Am I long on NML? Yes. Will we see a strategic partner? Not likely? Will we see a hostile takeover? More likely? Why would anyone partner up with NML and share the profits considering NML would be asking for the partner to pony up most/all of the monies for getting the project off the ground? Costs to get the project off the ground is over $X billion vs. a corp coming in and buying the corporation for let's say $200 or $300 million ($2 to $3per share round figure, unless there's a bidding war in the takeover, which may be likely too). What would you do???? Bottom line, NML will be sold, at a significant profit to all of those in at this level but very unlikely we will see more than a couple of bucks a share. It simply makes no economic sense from a business perspective, considering start up costs....
