I now believe the news will consist of a corporate update better detailing who VMS is as a whole for the investment community (geared towards institutions), and what they are attempting to accomplish...  Nothing more, nothing less.  This will position VMS for a much larger pop should fantastic results be made available.  In any event, this is a smart move by management regardless of if they hit great results or mediocre results, as it will enlighten the investment community of the potential upsides of their strategy across all of their holdings.  Many may be viewing VMS as a one potential pony show, when in fact, there may just be even greater potential properties in their portfolio outside of the discovery hole zone.
