Probably the reason why they are issuing the shares for .27 is because it has been trading in the .30 to .40 range. So the company that was issued these shares for the loan wants some kind of buffer. Now if it had been trading in the .90 range like it should have, there probably would have been far less shares issued at a higher sp. Now who is keeping this stock down and for what reason. It certainly isn't the people playing it long.
