are you a retard or just stupid.connacher is producing and has other assets that are making money and most of all growing as we speak,and adding value,i repeat value.what does uts has?? undeveloped 20% wetlands that is going to have major envirmental issues by the time they start to develop,2.5 times more the market cap of cll and each month managment salaries are coming out of shareholders pocket.so therefore cll has VALUE,where as UTS IS THE SPECULATIVE one.
