Aurcana Silver Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of natural resource properties. The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. RE: Aurcana increases profit per tonne by 58%As usual I'll post the most simplistic answer possible.
For every 1$ about 10% increase. 15$=>150%. That would be for 2009. By then we have two mines running and silvergrades much higher. So 150% en plus seems low.
Supposing there is a steady increase this year you can make a simple average of the two extremes 30%+150%/2 = 90% increase of CF. Betting on a more realistic 50% I arrive at 2008CF between 17M$-21M. Now that is a value to hold against our current SP. But lets prove up numbers for last quarter first.
