Where is the permit to mine?That's the last step in the approval process which should have been granted sometime in December...

have been reviewed and accepted, a Permit to Mine should be approved by a Commission appointed by the Government Ministry in charge of geology and mining."
I have read that press release many times....it's the Permit to Mine that is still outstanding as far as I can determine...
And yes I saw SGQ's inclusion in the coal ETF
And yes I'll agree that the financing was better than many others without the warrants, but done at a fairly good discount to present prices...
