Hand waving distraction

That's all the counterclaims are. I saw it with Mosaid's litigation and it only serves to delay and give the thieves some more time. It really doesn't matter what any standards group agrees to, if a patent is infringed and fair, nondiscriminatory access to a license has been given, then the thieves don't have a case. Fraud, give me a break. What about robbery?
