It means that part of the La Plata concession may be removed from CGP's interests; however, it is not an area of high interest to CGP so losing it isn't a big deal. My guess is that the area in question must have some sort of environmental concern so the government is looking to protect it. The main area of mineral interest for CGP within La Plata has not been affected.
