RE: Faith and Patience

RE: Faith and PatienceMy view, although I could be completely out to lunch, is that they do not want to do the offering anywhere near this price to avoid dilution. You would normally not announce a non-binding LOI, until the deal was farther along, but in this case I think they did it to put some fire in the share price. before announcing the terms. I am sure that whoever they have talked to about leading the financing is probably on the buy side today. I also think the prospectus offering, although resulting in more dilution, will be great for this stock. The main problem for this stock for a long time has been the lack of liquidity. So much of the float is tied up by insiders and Sprott. The prospectus offering will put alot more shares in the market for the brokers to play around with. And you can be sure that whoever is involved with the financing, will put out some nice research reports with targets in the $2 range. This is certainly becoming a nice little baby Garda. Good luck to all longs.
