Vector Vest is a joke. Juniors like this dont trade on technicals. Vector Vest wont factor in quality of deposit, undrilled targets, cobalt uses changing, etc. Save that stuff for your producers or large caps. As for the financing, IR is well aware of the dilution problem that no shareholder wants. He mentioned that something along the lines of 80% debt and 20% equity is roughly where he sees it happening. It is obvious though, that financing will be needed in the summer.
