Why no halt

Why no halt Don't blame the company entirely. The first thing that came to mind when this madness broke, was why was there no halt. There was grounds for material change, and this was no fluff news release. The exchange should have halted, reviewed the news release and then released and unhalted the stock. That is the customary protocal. The exchange blew it, and even worse, allowed it for 3 days now. Something just does not add up here, there are too many miss steps. There should be an inquirey or an investigation as to the procedure that was not carried out. The people that got caught holding should be enraged. I'm not saying this can't all work out in the end, but this stinks from head to toe. Best of luck, Sting.
