Fundamentals or not this will turn higherThere's a lot of cash going in and out and investors just want to make money. So how I see it the players are loading up their accounts with these cheap shares and then the momentum of buying will push this higher. The TSX is turning up off its lows so that will add confidence. Plus the west coast should be coming soon to buy up also. I have bought some at this price
