RE: Note to SA IR Department:I sure hope OB is proven correct on the JV theory.
I'll add a little bit of speculation to the fire... I'll go out on a limb and predict that (after a JV is undertaken) SA will be a future pick of Paul Van Eeden's.
He's made a few bad calls (an early exit on uranium, for example) but his track record is still very solid. And his subscriber base is substantial enough to give us a big push following an SA recommendation.
PVE loves joint ventures, rarely buys anything but JV's, and his respected peer, Bishop, has already endorsed this company.
Here's to speculation, and a little far-sighted hope I guess.
cheers

I suppose I've come to the conclusion that the retail investor is not ever going to move this stock. Figure that 3 majors already are reviewing the Selodong project, and probably patiently waiting for the COW. Once SA has the COW, they can amp up the drilling program and rapidly infil drill known areas, as well as explore further at Selodong and elsewhere.
The value will be realized more than likely by a major doing a JV of some type, and perhaps later a full takeout.
May be a few months yet before that COW comes home.
Retail is about $100,000 a day in dollar volume on a 70 million market cap stock here... its nothing of note, other than the usual frustrating of course.
