Fall 2008 Funds?

Fall 2008 Funds?Possible Fund raising in Late 2008. Assuming they complete their earn-in to Wilco property by mid-late 2008. Will Newmont give them the $20Mil right away? Newmont is one of the original stake holders so I'm assuming they would rather not see RPM have to dilute just for exploration funds. Especially when the $20mil seems a forgone conclusion at this point.
