RE: Huh? - djstone

RE: Huh? - djstoneThere could be many reasons. Maybe it is just a question of risk. Or maybe they feel their money could be best utilized somewhere else. Many people given the turmoil in the markets flee to quality. Not that I am saying that ARU is bad, it is just that safety of your investment becomes a very large issue when dealing with governments like the one in Ecuador. Some may choose to wait and see what happens before committing their money into this play. Though they may miss out on the initial pop, they are willing to sacrifice the initial upside to gain more certainty without putting excessively risking their capital. As many people have said there should be more clarification on the taxation/royalties in the next few months which should reduce uncertainty. In the meantime this is definitely not a place to be risking all your eggs... Just a few is fine..
