I cannot imagine a permitting problem nor have I heard of any indication of any serious opposition nor any serious issues to be resolved. The process takes time with bureaucrats moving at their usual pace.
The area has no people, no threatened species that I know of, no surface water. The ground water already has natural uranium in it (go figure).
From UR's site it is just a few miles of scattered sagebrush to the Sweetwater Uranium Mill site. A few miles to the northwest are several reclaimed uranium mines.
Wyoming has had companies doing in situ leaching since the 1950s.
Besides the decline in uranium pricing, the company is in that boring period leading up to actual production. The company has almost a dollar of cash per share. Short it if you dare Mr. Redford.
