I can''t agree with spin off to private

I can''t agree with spin off to privateWHO WILL OWN THIS PRIVATE COMPANY and what will they pay for it? A private investor will only buy something that looks like it will have a lucrative potential.So if thats the case why not keep it? I hate these types of insider dealings they never benifit the common share holder.Seems to me it's these types of deals are just a way for insiders to get money out of the company.Too soon to tell but i hate the sounds of it.
