PPL selling at .41 are foolish, lvl 2

Theres a buy wall of 500,000 shares from .4-.41 cents, and theres no sell walls until 50 cents. Why are people dumb enough to sell it at .41 if they can make an extra 10-20% selling above that price. I can tell its not mostly bashers, because there are 11 sell orders, so unless its half of the bashers on stockhouse, then its just penny flippers and scared investors dumping.
