RE: News

RE: NewsOf course they are with this transfer agent, and it shows the level of knowledge here regarding stock ownership etc. This company does have the list of shareholders, for the 330 million shares they deal with. You can bet it is reviewed regularly by the management and directors. They do like to know who they are dealing with, but for what reasons, depends on who THEY are and WHAT they are up to. I do not think that there is a real control group at this company, in terms of 50+%. It is possible there is a control group, I am not sure. I think probably there is a significant group that could do something if they ever decided to take action. The managers of many Canadian public corporations get away with all kinds of nonsense, in my opinion, as the enforcement is lame and weak. Canadian executives count on keeping their positions becasue of apathetic shareholders who give them control defacto, by not voting. What is the case at TVI? I think it is more the arrogance model, from my point of view. The way I see, this sort of company, the insiders, management, directors, often end up the only winners, as everything from options, salaries and deals favor them, and make little for average shareholders. Why I call it the arrogance model, is it classicaly lacks much in the way of communication other than what is minimally required, and the average investor is constantly in a complete cloud bank regarding what is actually going down, until either complete failure or possibly some sort of success. This of course is my opinion only. Heaven forbid actually making an accusation, as I do not know these guys, maybe they love all of you,and are working in your best interests, even though the stock is at what .075 was it last. Of course this is some interesting stuff available regarding past involvments available online, which upon reading does not, at least in my case, give me huge confidence. So what happens here. I think some sort of deal, or I think it would move quickly to the lawyers and potential class action suits. It has been put forward as an option already, that is a fact. And I state it as so, it is not an opinion.
