Hard to say with the markets being fairly unpredictable. It's doing what everything else is doing today with only a few exceptions. I'd say we'll likely hover just above the $4 mark until further news or market action. If the market continues to take a pounding, NOT might actually become very attractive being all cashed up as it is. Pretty blah read, I suppose, but that's my thoughts on it.
