RE: RE Me 2 - OlderWell put, and I agree completely with your approach. I am not alone I see with respect to what went on during my phone conversations.
One thing sharholders do not seem to grasp is this. Anything is possible if you put a little effort out. My situation sounds very similar to yours. This will not effect me in itself. I hate to sound cliche but it IS the principle of the matter at this point.
One thing shareholders might want to consider: if these folks claim an inability to raise required funds, then off the assets, or lose them to a debtor, why not give existing shareholders an offer. 20 million dollar offering to existing shareholders at ?, with the following provisions. A clearly laid out plan. No salary increases, or further options until certain goals are reached etc etc. and if not achieved, a change of management. It could be done. But why won't it? Because of the egocentric nature of this company, from my point of view, and the fact that it would involve accountability. If shareholders here think they own a piece of valuable assets, are they going to just sit back if they are let go? Probably. And guys like those who pound on me the messenger, concerned about my Yahoo ID, have to be suspect if folks here have ANY brains at all.imo
Folks, you CAN make a difference. Heard that one before. But if you choose to sit on your asses, and not voice your opinion, then what do you really think will happen here?????
This is a case where action, just may get you something, vs NOTHING potentially.
Once again: your answer and approach, very mature, well thought out. Thankyou.
