Invesco Global Listed Private Equity ETF V.PSP

Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

Biokinetics

Anyone checked out this company? Two things struck me from their website: 1) It hasn't been updated since 2006 2) One of their customers was Med Eng. Given this excerpt from Mr. Grossman's announcement last September, I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that PSP is now working with Biokinetics. "Mr. Crossman is a graduate... ... most recently as Director, Strategic Business Development for Med-Eng where he led the business diversification initiative from soft goods to counter IED products and systems." Hopefully he can pull that off here too.
