Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE: News. Need clarificationVPofFNE: Management already said Q2 was going to be bad. Then they lowered guidance AFTER that. It's pretty clear. Don't buy hoping for a positive surprise! If you don't like to take risks, please run the other way. Another strategy might be to watch what happens over the next 6 months, and see how it plays out before investing. When things are bad, not surprisingly the stock price is cheap. Wait for a huge turnaround and you'll pay more. This is a micro micro microcap. Lots of risk and no guaratees. Look at the stock price of RIM since November...wow, down 30%...not sure why you think PSP's SP should perform any better.
