The teal rig colours are similar to that of Trinidad Drilling, and it appears that steps by management have provided any necessary formal training in local customs, and traditional ways to blend in more with the local community. This should lead to acceptable integration and assimilation, and most would agree that someone with that agility may prove to be quite the asset to the employer and their peers. This could be a win-win situation for various stakeholders, and quite apparent they adjusted their Codes of Conduct that may be reflected in their performace appraisal. Reminds me of the time when one of my kinfolk was blindfolded and given an axe to cut through the catline rope with one swing of the axe. After several 'misses' they removed their blindfold to find their spare set of coveralls under the rope. Rigs are a lot of hard work and mud, but also a great place to meet new friends and move up the ladder very quickly if you have the right attitude. Regardzzz...................Barrhead
