It is frustrating to see the price where it is. For the deposit size, multi properties etc this should be trading right now similar to a price range of CLM. I too have been around since the .10 placement and the whole process has been painfully slow. That being said the folks in management don't appear to be the type to "hang up their hats" so to speak at age 65. They will get this project done one way or another. I'm still happy with project overall, the "goods" are there and this will be developed with positive renumeration for all shareholders in at this price
