RE: Bellini bought 300,000 shares at 31 cents....We are agreed that Bellini thinks this company will do well or he would not have put his money into 300,000 shares above what he already has in options. One reason may be that he and his wife are already putting more money into NRM which he is very busy reshaping with a new neutraceutical focus and a second generation Alzheimers drug.
What I can't help but wonder about is why he invests in SSS at all...it is a very small off the radar company...but also why he came onto the Board of directors! What are his intentions in the longer run? What does he see here that most investors are missing? He is not only very wealthy...he is also a brilliant scientist.
I can see that if you look at all the indications that adult stem cell stimulation may treat(or even cure!)...they add up to a market potential of in excess of $70 Billion (Stroke,TBI,MS,Alzheimers,Parkinsons,Huntingtons,Schizophrenia,ALS,etc.etc.) What Bellini's presence on the board says to me is that he thinks the science is good! That being the case what might his next steps be? Chair the Board? Become the next CEO? Buy out the company? I'm waiting for Bellini to drop the next shoe! I don't think he is the kind of man to waste his time on something that does not have a very big future. Bellini has said he has the vision of developing a very big pharmaceutical company. Is that possible with NRM? Or is it even more likely with SSS? The potential of this company is huge!
