RE: maria o reach total deoth this weekMy point is, if they are to hit depth sometime this week and thus far did not have any success, why would they mobilize all of the supply ships to bring supplies and also why would they NOT have tugs on prompt like you suggested if they are coming up dry so far?
Just because the rig is scheduled into port for 100 days doesn't mean they would want to risk leaving the rig out at sea especially since the weather has been fairly rough over the last couple of months.
Leaving a multi-million dollar unmanned rig out at sea doesn't seem prudent to me when you could just easily arrange to tow it to port where it is the safest and will not expose the possibility of damage.
Like I said in my earlier post, it's all speculation...just as much as if we were to see a tug on it's way to pick the rig up we would all think it might mean bad news but in fact, it could be moving the rig to another position because they may want to immediately delineate the target further becuase of what they are seeing in this drill.
Roll the dice and take your chances.
