RE: Good one!Accountants boring? Not really, you can figure out the CAP of this stock right? What is it down to now? For those interested in such mundane information, it is getting down to where the valuation is not much above the amount claimed to have been spent on preparing the "new mining operation". Have I got that right accountant?
Can you explain that to us. At .06 per share, the current bid I believe, the value of the company is what, around 25 million Canadian Dollars? They claim to have spend 15 million already right? So accountants, explain to shareholders, how a managment can take a company like TVI and have such an incredibly low valuation assigned to it by the market, while at the same time, folks come on here and talk about 100's of millions in value. I know, there is hidden value! But give us your accounting spin.
Now accountants: what about ROI for shareholders: what has been the performance over the last year, 6 months, 1 month. Can you work that out?
Somehow I doubt it. FAR TOO REAL.
I think you should consult the company for a spin on these facts, I am sure it sounds optimistic, and the managment will be more than willing to take full credit for this outstanding performance.
Here is what I say the OBVIOUS conradiction is: IF any of you believe the purported value of assets, potential etc. is accurate, then who do you hold responsible for the incredible discrepancy between those assertions and the current value????? Where is the marketing, investor relations, leadership or even assertions which would clarify and raise the pathetic price and valuation which currenlty exists. OR, is the current valuation accurate, and if that is the case, how do you explain this against the feasibility study, and all those here who claim the fantastic hidden value.
It is hard to get away from this very basic huge contradiction. If you believe there is large value, then your company is FAILING to have this reflected. Is this correct or not? If correct why, and who is responsible? We are not talking a few dollars here, we are talking magnitudes and large multiples, which can only be explained by poor managment, OR a misconception of what value actually exists. WHICH IS IT ACCOUNTANTS? I say it is managment. I say there IS value, but this managment cannot get it reflected, and probably NEVER WILL (IMO) given their past and current performance. If some of you disagree, explain in real terms, not some emotional BS. Maybe the accountants can! But do you really think they will? No, the answers here are pathetic, childish and never to the point.imo
If you are a current shareholder, this should be your focus. Is there value, where is it, and why is it not being reflected? IS the current management destroying ALL value, as we are down sharply now, as metal prices remain historically very high. What are you paying management for? What is considered failure. And what are they doing selling previously acquired assets now, seemingly in desperation, and probably at very low prices. Is anyone going to hold them accountable? It is getting pathetic, in my opinion, and the contradictions just keep getting bigger, as the share price and valuation decline. IF you believe that there is value, and you are holding shares in a company currently with such a low cap, why would you not want them to sell the WHOLE works for far more per share, if the value is in fact there, to a group, individual or company, that could achieve something greater? My still outstanding question: just how low before people get together and attempt to do something. I am not convinced that the current management have absolute control here. But inform me if anyone actually knows who does control this mess.
