Tres-Or Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based resource exploration company focused on the exploration of diamond and precious metals properties in Canada and Brazil. It is exploring its 100% owned Guigues Kimberlite pipe in southwestern Quebec for diamonds. Its Brazil Diamond projects include Minas Gerais, Bahia and Mato Grosso. It holds several mineral explorations permit covering prospective diamond exploration properties in Minas Gerais and Mato Grosso States in Brazil. Its subsidiaries include Temagami-Diamonds Ltd., and Vaaldiam do Brasil Mineracao Ltda.
