Even if you do live in the USA, you won't have much luck, because this company is a Canadian one. Reminds me a bit of the idiot burglar who got wedged into a fireplace chimney while trying to burglarize someones home down there, then sued the homeowners, the police, the fire department, etc for injuries he received during the extraction/rescue process.
