RE: What are the sharks waiting for?
RE: What are the sharks waiting for?"Why not? Just because one avenue has been exhausted, you expect them to give up and sell the company for $.10 a share after all the hard work they put into it? They won't stop looking for financing just because one attempt failed."
Nah you're absolutely correct - and I think financiers would be idiotic to pass up on this opportunity. It gets back to finding a mutually agreeable set of terms and conditions. I guess my EXCEEDINGLY glum scenario assumes that because AUA has waited so long to secure financing that either another round of stop gap funding or unfavorable dilution will be in the company's future. I guess my cynicism stems from the fact that lenders are hurting too and they will be doing all they can to recoup some of their present losses.
We have a cash burn rate and we have a date that we reach BK. What happens between now and then is any ones guess...
My happy happy joy joy dream right now is that the opportunity for public commentary closes in March, that the Feds accept the BC certification for the existing scope and that AUA is able to provide an acceptable impact/mitigation strategy for the rest prior to the end of March when the deal sheet gets sent...
