How Does SHH get the Funds to buy?

How Does SHH get the Funds to buy?Nick said in his Radio interview SHH is going to start to pitch their story to Institutional Investors in the US. Can some one please tell me how he could possibly get any one to buy this stock. He's dreaming if he thinks the Virgin trial is enough! What am I missing?

By the way SHH does have their US listing " SXHHF "
