curlyfries: Cementers may be needed at almost anytime to not only run cement, but also high pressure circulating, placement of a plug/pill/surfactant such as crude or diesel to move stuck pipe, mixing LCM, killing a well or any other use of their multi purpose pumping units. Pipewranglers can be brought in to move or run in special casing such as double threaded Hydril, power tong the casing, pick up or lay down collars and drill pipe with specialized equipment instead of dropping it down the V-doors onto the catwalk. Some double duty as drill pipe or collar inspectors using magnaflux or x-ray. Not much has been said over the type of drilling program and how complex, or whether they opted for a conventional program. Even then, there are enough variables and then there is the all inclusive human error factor of what can only happen on a lease, never mind what they try to hide during all the various acts and scenes during the drilling of a well.
