Torq Resources Inc. is a Canada-based copper and gold exploration company with a portfolio of holdings in Chile. The Company's projects include Santa Cecilia and Margarita. The Santa Cecilia mineral exploration project is a 3,250-hectare property located approximately 100 kilometers (kms) east of the city of Copiapo, Chile, in the southern region of the world-class Maricunga belt and immediately north of the El Indio belt. The belt is characterized by gold epithermal and gold-copper porphyry deposits. The Margarita Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) project is comprised of approximately 1,445 hectares and is located in Chile, 65 kms north of the city of Copiapo with access to infrastructure. The property is located within the prolific Coastal Cordillera belt that hosts the world-class Candelaria (Lundin Mining Corp.) and Mantoverde (Mantos Copper Holding) IOCG mines, and porphyry-skarn deposits such as Santo Domingo (Capstone Mining Corp.) and Inca de Oro (PanAust/Codelco).

SIRIT, TAGSYS ANNOUNCE RFID TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP; SIRIT'S UHF READERTECHNOLOGY AND TAGSYS' RFID INFRASTRUCTURE COMBINE TO DELIVER TURNKEY,HIGH-PERFORMING RFID SOLUTION

Sirit Inc. has entered a comprehensive partnership with TAGSYS, a globalleader in item-level RFID infrastructure. The partnership further reinforcesSirit's position as the leading supplier of UHF reader technology and providesTAGSYS with a more powerful RFID infrastructure, enabling companies to rapidlydeploy and maintain RFID solutions.

As part of the agreement, TAGSYS will release its RXU-400 UHF fixed readerbuilt on Sirit's performance-leading INfinity 510 platform. Also, TAGSYS'sintegrated tunnel systems, with proven capability to deliver Six Sigmaperformance, will be developed for UHF item-level applications powered bySirit's reader technology.

The technology partnership also includes e-connectware, the innovativesoftware from TAGSYS that remotely manages and optimizes RFID networks in realtime. e-connectware enables high-quality service levels and ensures dataaccuracy and integrity in item-level tagging. Sirit will certify the INfinity510 and the RXU-400 from TAGSYS for compatibility with e-connectware.
