Even were a consensus of stockholders to be formed, authorizing a buyout before the diamond counts are known would result in some form of exchange inquiry to be sure. Thanks to GDAWG for the level II's which allow all of us to be up to date for the minute to minute ride. Personnally I am not sitting with my finger on the trigger but it is still part of the fun of it to be as current as possible. Onward and Upward.
