Price/volume history since spud

If I take a look at the price/volume history since spud, I see no sign of any insider or "people in the know" activity lately. There was a small increase in volume before and after the last long weekend, but in general the SP is jumping around the $0.20 line since spud with no unusual volume. I expected a small rise in SP yesterday, like the friday before. But doesn't matter that I was wrong, no unusual volume and not a big down. Since spud we have been even lower. We still can't say 100% that we have a commercial find, but we also can't say we have a duster. In either way, I believe we would see the SP moving in the according direction with volume > 1 million shares before the official news are out. Spud was on Jan 28, news was out Jan 29 before open:
