COPPER...THE BRIGHT STAR

COPPER...THE BRIGHT STAR The Daily Resource 2/23/08: Adam Rowley of Macquarie Bank. That copper maintained its balance this past week is a sign that money is continuing to pour into the sector. Indeed, “I think there is very strong appetite to put more money into commodities in what is looking like a more inflationary environment,” said analyst Adam Rowley of Macquarie Bank. Rowley added that previously-cautious fund managers are coming in. “Sentiment is such that even people who are bearish tend to think that it is too risky to sell copper in this environment where the inventories are still fairly low.”
